I haven't been very good with this.

Posting promptly and all. Three posts. Wow.
That's pret-ty darn sad.
Just thought you all should know.
I may add more to this when I'm not as bored.

Hotness down there, ladies and gents.  The Britishness and hotness of the combined is uncomparable.

Aspergers and OCD

Yeah, according to a lot of research, a psychologist, and pretty much everyone I know, I have very mild cases of both OCD and Aspergers.  I've suspected something similar for a while, 'cause I know a decent amount about both of them, and this is stuff I have:

OCD:

Everything has to be in a perfect schedule in a perfect order in a perfect way.  Every night I have to do the exact same things in the exact same order before I go to bed. My stuffed bunny has to be on the left, stuffed elephant on the right, and the blankie right down the middle of the elephant. Always.

A couple years ago, this was something that was really bothering me: whenever I encountered a semi-long word, I had to break it down into how many ways it could be divided into different sections and syllables, then sing-song say it each way, then count again and repeat it, and so on and so forth.  It really bothered me, 'cause it interfered with my reading.

Aspergers:

I absolutely. Hate. Being touched.  Even by my own family--if one of them touches me, I cringe.  I can't help it.

I have an obsession with stuffed animals that most teenage girls have long given up.

I don't automatically pick up on social norms like most people--they have to be spelled out to me.

While I use it all the time, I have a very difficult time identifying sarcasm or when someone's making a joke.
